There are many ways you can get involved. The initiative has just begun in earnest and it will be a long road ahead of us. We need passionate people who are committed to the cause of knowing what is in our food.
Here are some of the areas where we will need volunteers:
- Research and checking sources of information
- Graphic Design - for website and marketing materials
- Fundraising - through events and soliciting corporate sponsorships
- Events - Attending events as a representative of the group, educating others about the efforts, and eventually gathering petition signatures if that is a requirement for a ballot initiative.
and many other areas still to be determined! Let us know where you would like to contribute!

Do you guys think encouraging people to put pressure on the grocery stores or flooding the companies (like Dreyers or sanderson) with phone calls and telling them that we will no longer eat their product due to GMOs, will help?
